What is your return policy for used equipment?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Items must be returned in their original packaging; however, we accept returns on gear that has been tested and found unsatisfactory, provided it is not damaged by misuse.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Great Outdoors products come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Some premium brands may offer extended lifetime warranties.
Do you offer international shipping?
